Blain earns Team of the Week honours for a third time

SAN student-athlete Ronald Blain has been named in the National Basketball League Division 1 Team of the Week for the third time this season! The former Hawaii Pacific University star helped his Team Newcastle side to another tight comeback victory, this time edging Loughborough 86-85.
Blain put up an impressive stat-line of 29 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 details for an efficiency rating of 24, in addition to a huge poster dunk in the second half!
Blain has started the season on fire, putting up MVP like numbers. He is currently first in the league in efficiency rating (25.6 EFF), 5th in points per game (25 ppg) and 5th in rebounds (10 rpg) whilst shooting over 50% from the field and over 40% from 3 point range.
